Great location near Penn Station, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, and secure storage for luggage.

my recent stay at holiday inn express was fantastic! the cinnamon rolls for breakfast were a delicious treat, and the comforting spray from the shower head was a nice touch. the room had a comfy bed, blackout curtains, and a large TV. the helpful staff and convenient location near popular attractions made it a repeat visit for me. the air conditioning and keurig cup maker in the room were a plus, and the nice soaps and shampoo added a luxurious feel to the stay.

holiday inn express was super clean and super close to penn railway station. we loved being just a 3-minute walk from madison square garden. the breakfast was awesome and changed daily. we got a good feel for the local vibe.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was one of the best hotel experiences we've had as a family with kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome and safe. The location was convenient, easily accessible from JFK and close to many attractions. The free breakfast was delicious and the all-day coffee and tea were a bonus. The cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent service from the cleaning staff impressed us.
The elevators were quite slow, often resulting in a wait of several minutes.

Comfortable bed and clean room made my stay at Holiday Inn Express enjoyable, despite occasional street noise. Overall I’ll recommend this hotel.
